Refund Policy

To Corporate Clients, Businesses, B & B's, Spas, and Retail & Online Customers:

Passionary is absolutely 100% committed to making sure you enjoy your products. However, because our products are created through a customization process, we generally do not accept refunds or exchanges. If item(s) do not conform to your order, a full refund or exchange will be made on unopened, unused products provided claim is made within seven (14) days of purchase or if notified within 14 days of delivery. The cost of shipping due to defects or errors will be absorbed by Passionary, unless an exchange is made on a gift order, in which case the cost of shipping will be absorbed by the Customer.


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@passionary.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately--if the item(s) is(are) defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s)--so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as bulk orders, wholesale orders, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as soaps, lotions and oils). Please get in touch with us prior to ordering if you have questions or concerns about specific item(s).

Sale Items, Gift Cards, and Gifts
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns on sale items, or gift cards. Any customers who want to exchange a gift may do so at their own shipping and handling expense. 

Quick Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you ordered. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s). Your refund for the returned item(s) will be credited to your account in the form of payment made.

Refunds
Start with contacting Passionary at contact@passionary.co. Instructions will follow for what qualifies for an approved refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return Item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
