Ordering

The main form of ordering is products is at our online site www.passionary.co Passionary happily accepts phone orders using major credit cards and AfterPay at 240-778-7761. If we cannot fulfill your order completely, we will email you to let you know. We will refund back to the original payment method or ship item(s) once it becomes available 

Packaging and Handling

Ninety-five percent of packaging is one or a combination of the following materials-biodegradable, recycled, recyclable, repurposed or compostable. Item(s) are wrapped in these materials to ensure they do not break. Orders are filled with the utmost care and attention to ensure products reach its destination undamaged. Before leaving each packaged is checked for quality assurance to make sure they leave for its destination fully inspected.

General Shipping

All in-stock items are normally shipped via USPS or UPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. If you place an order after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled on that following Monday. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and holiday weekends or due to inclement weather. Transit time within the US can range from 3 to 10 business days.

At this time, we offer express or expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please email us atcontact@passionary.co if you would like to overnight your order.

Customers accept responsibility for shipping orders to P.O. Boxes.

An order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed and you have confirmation. We are not able to make any exceptions. Additionally, we are not able to edit or modify shipping addresses. If you made a mistake in your order, please contact Passionary before immediately at contact@passionary.co for further instructions.

Corporate, Bulk and Wholesale Order Shipping

Shipping for bulk and wholesale orders are prearranged between Passionary and clients as a part of the order process. Please contact Passionary at contact@passionary.co for more information.

Holiday Shipping

Place standard shipping orders by December 12th for best possible chance of delivery by Christmas Eve. Please note that this is our recommendation in order to receive any holiday orders in time for Christmas, not a guarantee. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur once packages are handed off to couriers. For expedited service please choose this at checkout no later than 12/20 2pm EST for best possible chances of receiving your package by December 24th.

International Shipping

At this time Passionary ships within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We not ship Internationally or to Puerto Rico, Canada, Micronesia, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, Palau or US Virgin Islands. You are welcome to place an order on passionary.clo and ship to a forwarding service if you live outside the continental US. Please note Passionary absolves itself from any missing/damaged/undelivered items/packages once the order has been marked delivered to that forwarding service. Please contact your forwarding service directly for any issues related to your final delivery. Passionary delivers packages to continental US addresses within 3-10 business days. Contact your forwarding service for estimated delivery times to direct to you.
